Relizifly ("Relizifly," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you join the waitlist at relizifly.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have with respect to that information. By submitting your information to the waitlist, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

You can join the waitlist by providing either an email address or a phone number — you choose which to share. The information we collect falls into two categories:

Information you provide

• Email address, or
• Phone number

Information collected automatically

• Your IP address (used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention)
• The country derived from your IP address (used to set a default phone country code)
• Basic website analytics including page views, referring URL, browser type, device type, and approximate location, collected through Vercel Analytics

We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information, financial information, government identifiers, or health information from waitlist visitors.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Notify you when Relizifly launches
• Send product updates and announcements related to the waitlist
• Detect, prevent, and respond to spam, abuse, and fraudulent signups
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and waitlist service
• Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with similar privacy laws, the legal basis we rely on to process your personal information is your consent, given when you voluntarily submit your email address or phone number to the waitlist.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing relizifly@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal. After withdrawal, we will remove your contact information from the waitlist within a reasonable period.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We share information only with the third-party service providers we rely on to operate the waitlist. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its function and is contractually required to protect that information:

• Supabase — stores waitlist contact information securely
• Vercel — hosts the website, serves it to your browser, and provides privacy-respecting analytics
• Resend — delivers email messages to you (such as launch notifications and product updates)
• Upstash — stores temporary rate-limit counters keyed to IP addresses, used solely for abuse prevention

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, to protect our rights or property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect waitlist information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using HTTPS, database access restricted by row-level security policies, secrets and credentials stored as encrypted environment variables, rate limiting, automated bot detection, and regular review of security configurations.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your waitlist information until the earliest of the following occurs:

• You request deletion of your information
• You withdraw your consent to receive communications
• We determine there is no longer a legitimate business need to retain the information

Once retention is no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymize the information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request that we delete your information
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw the consent on which our processing is based

To exercise any of these rights, email relizifly@gmail.com from the address (or referencing the phone number) you used to sign up. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

Residents of certain jurisdictions, including California, may have additional rights under local law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe we have not handled your information appropriately.

9. International Users

Relizifly is operated from the United States. By submitting your information to the waitlist, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those of your country of residence. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including contractual commitments with our service providers, to protect your information during such transfers.

10. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service, to understand how visitors interact with the website. Vercel Analytics does not use third-party tracking cookies, does not track individual users across other websites, and does not build advertising profiles.

Vercel Analytics measures aggregate metrics such as page views, referrer information, browser type, and approximate geographic region. We use this information solely to improve the website and waitlist experience.

Your browser may also store small amounts of data necessary for the website to function correctly. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

Relizifly is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at relizifly@gmail.com and we will promptly delete the information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, services, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently revised. Material changes that affect how we use your information will be communicated to active waitlist subscribers by email or other appropriate means before they take effect.

Your continued use of the website or the waitlist after a revised Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
